Your new companyBased in the East of England, this progressive public sector organisation is looking for a Health and Wellbeing Project Lead to carry out their Lone Working Policy review. The organisation puts the safety of their staff at the highest priority and needs their Lone Working policy to provide the best possible service to their employees. The organisation is very flexible and are willing to consider both part-time and full-time options, as well as hybrid working models, as they anticipate this project to be delivered over a 3-month period.Your new roleThe current Lone Working policy was last reviewed before Covid 19 and now needs to be updated to ensure employee's wellbeing and safety remains top priority for the organisation. Also, as part of the review of current policies, the job will require you to make recommendations and suggestions on how best to improve the overall service. The job will involve engaging with various internal stakeholders / departments who have Lone Workers covering a multitude of customer-focused services the organisation provides. You will also work with the internal comm teams to ensure that all employees are aware of steps they need to take to help maintain their wellbeing.What you'll need to succeedAs the successful candidate, you must have experience of reviewing / writing Health and Wellbeing policies for a public sector organisation. You must be able to demonstrate your knowledge and understanding of procedure and how this can be improved. You will need to have experience of implementing policies and procedures in the Health and Wellbeing market.
