Salary: £83.33 - £120 per day

Responsibilities:

As a Learning Support Assistant, work closely with teachers to support students in their learning.
Provide one-on-one or small group support to help students reach their goals.
Assist in classroom activities, ensuring a positive and engaging learning environment.
Support students with their social and emotional development.
Help implement strategies to encourage progress and participation.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
Work as part of a team to create an inclusive and supportive setting as a Learning Support Assistant.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role is desirable.
A willingness to work with students across different age groups.
A patient, positive, and proactive attitude.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A commitment to helping students achieve their full potential.
Must have an enhanced DBS on the update service or one in process.
