Responsibilities:
- As a Learning Support Assistant, work closely with teachers to support students in their learning.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to help students reach their goals.
- Assist in classroom activities, ensuring a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Support students with their social and emotional development.
- Help implement strategies to encourage progress and participation.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
- Work as part of a team to create an inclusive and supportive setting as a Learning Support Assistant.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role is desirable.
- A willingness to work with students across different age groups.
- A patient, positive, and proactive attitude.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to helping students achieve their full potential.
- Must have an enhanced DBS on the update service or one in process.
