I am currently looking for a Mental Health Support Worker to work with one of my clients in Essex. You will be working on a rota basis and previous experience with Mental Health or Complex Needs clients is essential.Responsibilities within the Mental Health Support Worker role:

Supporting individuals on a 1-1 basis
Conducting Risk assessments & Support plans
Being involved in Group sessions & Activities
Providing guidance and support to clients experiencing distress
