Key Responsibilities:-
Collaborating with apprentices and their employers to plan, conduct, and report on End Point Assessments (EPA).

Applying expertise to make independent, fair, and consistent assessment decisions aligned with apprenticeship standards and grading criteria.

Managing administrative tasks and ensuring sector knowledge is up to date and in line with industry developments.
You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of assessments while contributing to the ongoing success and ambitions of my client's organisation.
What You Will Bring to the Role:-
Level 3 Lead Adult Care Worker qualification.

A recognised quality assurance qualification.

An Assessor qualification (e.g., CAVA, TAQA, A1).

A proven passion for and hands-on experience in Adult Care.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital systems (training for EPAPro will be provided).
