Vibrance has an exciting opportunity for a Waking Night Support Worker to join our exceptional team in Colchester. You will join us on a part-time, permanent basis, 30 hours a week and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £18,790pa plus benefits. (£23,177 pro rata).

About the Waking Night Support Worker role:

Smithfield is a registered care home providing 24-hour care for adults with learning and physical disabilities.

We’re looking for a Support Worker who wants to make a real difference by joining a team that takes a refreshing approach to care.

You will maintain high standards of service, provide emotional support and help residents to live a full, active life both at home and in the community.

Working Hours:

Typical shift patterns will be 21.15 to 7.15.

Rolling rota over 4 weeks: with an expectation to cover weekends and bank holidays.
