Store Manager
Our client is seeking a new Store Manager to join their team based in Coleraine within the Hair & Beauty Sector. As a Store Manager you'll lead, coach, and develop a team of Store Assistants to deliver high operational standards, excellent customer service, and strong sales performance.
You will ensure the store operates smoothly and in compliance with all standards. With a commercial mindset, you will think strategically to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the district's overall growth plan.
As Store Manager you will be offered an impressive salary of £34,000 with a bonus scheme on top.
Responsibilities as a Store Manager
- Train and develop team members to provide excellent customer service and selling skills
- Build strong customer relationships that reflect company values
- Motivate and manage the store team to meet sales targets
- Identify commercial trends and suggest improvements to product offerings
- Spot opportunities to grow sales
- Recruit, develop, and grow the store team
- Exceed targets set
Requirements as a Store Manager
- Previous experience in retail management, preferably within Management
- Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team to achieve store goals
- Ability to mentor and develop a team
- A strong commercial mindset with a focus on driving sales and exceeding targets
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with retail management software, point-of-sale systems, and Microsoft Office
