The Role:
Join Vision for Education as an experienced Teaching Assistant in Northampton and surrounding areas. We work with a range of supportive primary and secondary schools, giving you the opportunity to make a real impact in the classroom. You’ll support pupils on a 1:1 basis, in small groups, or across the whole class. With flexible working options, you can choose the days that suit you—ideal for maintaining a great work-life balance. Requirements:

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in UK schools

A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or equivalent)

Strong classroom support and behaviour management skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

A positive, flexible, and proactive approach
