We're hiring for a Sales & Business Development Executive to join a well-established supplier at their site based in Bedford.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to develop new business opportunities, maintain strong customer relationships, and drive sales growth in a fast-moving environment.

- £30,000 - £45,000 per year (OTE £80k)

What will you be doing as a Sales & Business Development Executive?
- Driving new business sales and identifying new opportunities
- Managing and expanding relationships with existing customers
- Proactively selling a range of specialist products
- Conducting market research to identify potential growth areas
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Engaging with end users to maximise product pull-through
- Using CRM systems to track leads and maintain accurate sales records
What do you need?
- Previous experience in a sales or business development role, ideally in non-mechanical plant, equipment hire, or construction
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
