Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to partners, associates, and legal teams.
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, hearings, and client appointments.
- Prepare and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and contracts.
- Coordinate client communication, ensuring timely follow-up and excellent service.
- Maintain and organize files, documents, and legal records (both physical and electronic).
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Assist in preparing for meetings, briefings, and presentations.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including clients, courts, and other law firms.
- Manage billing processes, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Proven experience as a Legal PA or in a similar legal administrative role.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
