Join a leading Welsh charity to deliver comprehensive support to the HR team and wider organisation. My client is searching for a HR Advisor to join the People Services Department and contribute to their mission of providing seamless support to our most vulnerable populations.

22-24 hours a week 3 or 4 days

On site role and permanent  

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Conduct recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure the smooth integration of new staff into the organisation.
  • Manage data within the HR department, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Work collaboratively within a team of HR professionals to deliver first-class service to the business.
  • Support the continuous improvement of HR practices to enhance service delivery and position the org as an employer of choice within the sector.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Human Resources, particularly in recruitment and data management.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong commitment to confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and databases..
