Position: Social Worker - Adults Disabilities Team Location: Coed Pella, UK Salary: £36.04 hourly Type: Full-Time, ongoing Start Time: 09:00 End Time: 17:00 This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of adults with disabilities. We are currently seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our dynamic Disabilities 25+ Services team in Coed Pella. You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality social work services to adults who require additional support due to physical or mental impairments. What you will do:

- Ensure that all actions comply with relevant legislation, policy, and procedures
Skills and qualifications required:
- Qualified Social Worker with a minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience
- Registration with Social Care Wales
- Proficient in technology and software relevant to social work settings
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
