Description

Accounts Assistant responsibilities include:

  • Processing invoices for purchase ledger
  • Matching purchase invoices to purchase order
  • Payment runs
  • Overseeing the bank postings and reconciliations
  • Assisting with invoicing queries
  • Processing expenses
  • Ad-hoc duties as required

Profile

The candidate will have:

  • Previous Purchase Ledger experience - Required
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal - Required
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel - Required
  • Desire to learn and progress within a business - Desirable
  • High attention to detail and levels of accuracy - Required
