Position: Senior Account ManagerLocation: Congleton, Cheshire (Hybrid) Salary: £35,000 - £45,000  A rapidly growing marketing agency in Cheshire East are looking to add an experienced Senior Account Manager to their client services team, as their portfolio of clients expands. They pride themselves on their culture, and are looking for someone who shares their vision of respect and hard-work. This is a senior role, and strong experience in a marketing/communications agency is essential.  Responsibilities Include: Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, and maintain and understanding for their strategic needs and objectives.Marketing Campaign Leadership: Development and implementation of comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with client goals.Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams—including creative, digital, and marketing—to ensure client objectives are translated into actionable strategies, maintaining clear communication and transparency.Account Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client accounts, offering additional services tailored to their evolving needs while maintaining a personalized, attentive approach.Project Management: Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, carefully managing resources and timelines to meet both client and agency objectives.Client Communication: Provide clients with regular updates on project status and performance, addressing any concerns and ensuring optimal campaign performance through proactive adjustments.Team Leadership and Mentorship: Lead by example within the Client Services team, creating an environment of cooperation, and support while helping team members develop their skills.Client Representation and Events: Represent the agency at client meetings, events, and industry conferences.  Experience Required:
  • Already be at the senior account manager level, or a manager ready to step up.
  • Experience working in an agency setting is essential
  • Experience overseeing client briefs and projects from ideation to completion
  • Experience in a leadership position is highly desirable.
  • A solid grasp of marketing strategy, proficiency in digital marketing channels, and expertise in measuring and analysing campaign performance.
