Adecco working in Partnership with Bentley Motors, are currently seeking a Strategic Project Manager - Brand Experiences for a temporary position with our client in the automotive industry. If you are a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills and a passion for creating exceptional brand experiences, this role could be perfect for you!

About the Role:

As the Strategic Project Manager - Brand Experiences, you will be responsible for the strategic development and project planning of brand experience projects. You will work closely with the key stakeholders, including regions and retailers, to ensure the successful implementation of the annual marketing plan and launch planning strategy. This role will require strong communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to manage budgets and engage with agencies in the corporate events arena. Additionally, flexibility to travel globally and a full driving licence are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic planning of the Brand Experience team and event projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather input and requirements for projects.
  • Create comprehensive business cases for project approvals and successful delivery.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify best practises and innovative approaches.
  • Set targets, monitor progress, and ensure global alignment.
  • Manage budgets and support the planning and delivery of various events.

About You:

To excel in this role, you should have experience in strategic development and delivering successful programmes within a customer-driven environment. Excellent project management skills, including experience with Agile, PRINCE2, or PMP certification, are highly desirable. You should also possess strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. A background in analytical and data-driven problem-solving, along with previous experience working with agencies in the corporate events arena, is advantageous.

Our client offers a hybrid working environment and is based in Crewe. With nearby parking available within an 18-minute walking distance from the office, you'll have the convenience and flexibility to commute comfortably. This temporary contract is set to end on December 31, 2024.
