Our prestigious client in Congleton is seeking Permanent Production Operatives for their manufacturing department.
The role involves intricate production tasks including tool maintenance, material cutting, and assembly of components.
Candidates should possess good manual dexterity, accuracy, and a hands-on attitude, with no specific years of experience required as full training will be provided.
The pay rate for this position is £12.46 per hour, with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 6:30am to 4:00pm.
Successful applicants will be responsible for following defined procedures and work instructions in a reliable manner.

Our Prestigious Client based in Congleton are Recruiting Permanent Production Operatives to work in the manufacturing department, carrying out dexterous production tasks on the manufactured parts.

Intricate work using production tooling and machinery and in accordance with relevant drawings and manufacturing instructions.

Duties:

Manufacture and assembly of components including:

Tool maintenance & preparation
Material cutting and kitting
Laminating
Vacuum bagging techniques
Demoulding and trimming

Bonding, fitting and assembly

Completion of the above activities to defined procedures and work instructions.

Essential Skills

Good manual dexterity, hand and eye co ordination
Ability to carry out nimble fingered duties
Accuracy and adherence to processes
"Hands on" and "can do" attitude
Hard working and reliable

Full training will be provided

Pay Rate: £12.46ph

Hours: Monday - Thursday 6:30am - 4:00pm
