Trainee Paraplanner / Part-Qualified Paraplanner / Financial Services Administrator

We are a highly regarded financial planning firm, looking for an ambitious individual to join our team. This role will provide exposure to paraplanning responsibilities while also covering a range of administrative tasks to support advisers and ensure a seamless client experience.

The Role

You’ll work closely with Advisers, Paraplanners, and the Operations Team, ensuring all client interactions and financial planning processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

? Assist in researching and analysing financial products and client strategies.

? Support the preparation of suitability reports and cash flow models.

? Maintain accurate client records and ensure all documentation is up to date.

? Liaise with providers and third parties to obtain relevant policy information.

? Help organise and prepare materials for client meetings.

? Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

? Provide general administrative support to the financial planning team.

What We’re Looking For

?? Experience in financial services administration, paraplanning, or a similar role.

?? Working towards Diploma in Financial Planning (or keen to start/continue studying).

?? Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

?? Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

?? Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset.

?? A proactive approach to problem-solving and improving processes.
