They are seeking skilled Surface Mount Production Operators to join their team in Congleton. Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a team on a rotating shift pattern to assemble, test, and inspect electronic assemblies
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure the manufacturing of high-quality products
- Perform standard quality checks
- Set up production machinery and equipment
- Maintain a safe and responsible working environment
Essential Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing/mechanical/production/assembly environment preferred
- PCB assembly or small parts Assembly is highly beneficial for this role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow repeatable processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Flexibility and reliability in supporting overtime as needed
- Manual handling capabilities, including extended periods of standing
Desirable Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
- Knowledge of surface mount technology and electronic assembly processes
Technologies:
- Training will be provided for specific technologies used in the role
