About the Role
As a Graduate Town Planner, you will work on a wide range of planning applications, from residential developments to mixed-use projects. You'll be involved in managing projects, preparing planning applications, and liaising with key stakeholders including local authorities, consultants, and clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of planning policies and regulations, with the ability to produce clear, concise reports and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of planning applications
  • Contribute to planning reports, assessments, and technical documents
  • Conduct site appraisals and feasibility studies
  • Support senior team members in stakeholder engagement and consultations
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, legislation, and guidelines
  • Provide general planning advice to internal and external stakeholders
  • Attend site meetings and planning hearings when required

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • A degree or postgraduate qualification in Town Planning or a related field
