An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well established and respected law firm based in Congleton.

You must have previous experienced working as a Commercial Property Solicitor.

This is a full time role working Monday to Friday - hybrid working available

Join a firm renowned for its commitment to professional development and excellence. You will be required to initiate, process and complete the full spectrum of commercial property fee-earning work for client files including sales and purchases, Landlord and Tenant matters, Bank funding and pension purchases.

The Role

  • Managing a caseload of commercial property matters
  • Generate fee income and ensure proper control of time recording
  • Attend clients both in person and on the telephone
  • Take an active part in business development opportunities on behalf of the team and firm
  • Supervision and support of fee earning work undertaken by colleagues to cover absence and holidays for example
