Part Time Office Coordinator, Permanent, 18-20 Hours Per Week, £12.30ph
This exceedingly successful and established business who provide high-end products to corporate businesses throughout the UK are seeking a customer focused candidate to support their Customer Service team and Account Mangers within their Head Office in Congleton. Joining this small yet productive team you will be responsible for providing essential support to commercial customers with the personalisation of products.
Daily duties will include:
- Managing customers orders that are having branding added (company logos etc.)
- Updating customers on statuses of orders
- Liaising with customers to approve logos
- Liaising with the branding manager over timescale and turnaround times
- Taking photo of products
- Gaining sign off of orders
- Working collaboratively with internal teams, such as the warehouse & sales teams
- Working to tight deadlines on a daily basis
- Ability to prioritise and manage delivery dates
The successful candidate will be a confident communicator, be extremely well organised, comfortable working in a team environment and have previous customer service or administration experience. The ideal candidate will also have experience of using various systems including MS Office. Excellent attention to detail is a must. 18-20 hours per week across Monday to Friday. Free on-site parking.
