In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of service and support.Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for residents, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Work closely with residents to foster a sense of community and address any anti-social behaviour issues.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of properties.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of community initiatives and events.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to property management and resident interactions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within housing or property management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of housing legislation and regulations is desirable.
  • A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
