Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Manager to lead our 8 service user home in Consett.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring a safe, supportive, and caring environment.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of dedicated care staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the individual needs and preferences of each service user.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, maintaining high standards of care and service delivery.
  • Foster strong relationships with service users, their families, and external agencies to ensure holistic support.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to provide high-quality care within financial constraints.
