We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Tenant Liaison & Support Officer on a permanent contract, paying 28k per annum.
Your new role
- Providing support, assistance and advice to elderly and vulnerable people whom are wanting to have repairs, adaptations or home improvement work within their properties
- Maintaining regular contact with customers throughout each stage of the process, ensuring systems are updated regularly with new information
- Carrying out administrative duties such as telephone calls, booking appointments, preparing visit packs, sending out surveys/letters and conducting case reviews
- Assisting with general enquiries and completing requests for information
- Liaising with customers, colleagues, contractors and other supporting agencies/individuals
- Producing regular reports and working within managed budgets
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience within the building industry, ideally within social housing and have dealt with the general public
- Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Experience of working within a busy office environment
- Desirable - working with vulnerable and/or older customers
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines with good planning & organisational skills
- Driving licence with access to own vehicle
