We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Tenant Liaison & Support Officer on a permanent contract, paying 28k per annum.

Your new role

  • Providing support, assistance and advice to elderly and vulnerable people whom are wanting to have repairs, adaptations or home improvement work within their properties
  • Maintaining regular contact with customers throughout each stage of the process, ensuring systems are updated regularly with new information
  • Carrying out administrative duties such as telephone calls, booking appointments, preparing visit packs, sending out surveys/letters and conducting case reviews
  • Assisting with general enquiries and completing requests for information
  • Liaising with customers, colleagues, contractors and other supporting agencies/individuals
  • Producing regular reports and working within managed budgets

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience within the building industry, ideally within social housing and have dealt with the general public
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Experience of working within a busy office environment
  • Desirable - working with vulnerable and/or older customers
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines with good planning & organisational skills
  • Driving licence with access to own vehicle
