Service Care Solutions are supporting a local Council in Wales. Who is in need of a experienced Commercial Contracts Lawyer looking for a flexible part-time opportunity. We are seeking a skilled individual to join the team, to handle a variety of commercial contracts and agreements. This role offers the chance to work on challenging projects and contribute to the success of our organisation.
3 month on going role, which is fully remote working with a LTD hourly rate of £40-£45ph.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts -
- Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a corporate legal department
- Knowledge of intellectual property law - Familiarity with software licensing agreements
- 3+ years of experience practising commercial law
- Current Practising certificate in England and wales.
