Residential Property Solicitor / ConveyancerFull Time, Permanent£45,000 - £65,000 +DOEConwy, WalesHybrid and Flexible working available  An exciting full-time opportunity to a join a Legal 500 firm with an established presence across Shropshire and Wales.We are seeking a Qualified, Residential Property Solicitor or Licenced Conveyancer (4 years PQE) to join their dedicated team with an emphasis on client care and business development.Job Details and Benefits:

 Main duties and Responsibilities:
  • Managing a caseload of residential property matters, including freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, Shared Ownership, Re-mortgages, and New Build developments.
  • Handling cases from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring the highest standards of service throughout.
  • Drafting and approving legal documentation, including contracts and transfer deeds.
  • Maintaining the firm's case management system accurately and efficiently.
  • Managing all post-completion formalities.
  • Conducting legal research where necessary to support your caseload.
  • Providing clear, concise, and responsive legal advice to clients.
  What we need from you:
  • Minimum 5 years Residential Conveyancing fee earning experience, essential.
  • Proven track record of meeting fee targets and deadlines.
  • Strong legal knowledge and understanding of the conveyancing process.
  • Excellent communication and client care skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to the wider team.
