Residential Support Worker - Conwy and Surrounding Areas
Pay: £13.00 to £15.00 per hour Do you have a passion for caring for others? Are you looking for a rewarding and flexible job with better pay?Randstad is seeking compassionate and dedicated Residential Support Workers to join our team in Conwy and surrounding areas. We work with a variety of clients in the area who are looking for individuals with experience in elderly care and/or working with people with learning disabilities.

Key responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred care to individuals with a range of needs.
- Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, medication administration, and meal preparation.
- Promote independence and well-being.
- Foster positive relationships with service users and their families.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Ideal candidate profile:
- Proven experience in elderly care and/or working with people with learning disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing high-quality care.
- Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided).
- Ideally, you will be a driver due to the rural locations of some of the homes we work with.
