Residential Support Worker - Conwy and Surrounding Areas

Pay: £13.00 to £15.00 per hour

Randstad is seeking compassionate and dedicated Residential Support Workers to join our team in Conwy and surrounding areas. We work with a variety of clients in the area who are looking for individuals with experience in elderly care and/or working with people with learning disabilities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred care to individuals with a range of needs.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, medication administration, and meal preparation.
  • Promote independence and well-being.
  • Foster positive relationships with service users and their families.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.


Ideal candidate profile:

  • Proven experience in elderly care and/or working with people with learning disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality care.
  • Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided).
  • Ideally, you will be a driver due to the rural locations of some of the homes we work with.
