Mon – Thurs 8 – 4:30 / Fri 8:00 – 1:00

Responsibilities

• Service and maintenance of electrical, diesel and LPG material handling equipment
• Fault finding, PPM and pre-delivery inspection of fork trucks
• Ensure tools and equipment are kept in good working order and repairs are carried out as and when are required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Keep company van to a high standard and stock is up to date

Qualification / experience

• Mechanical/electrical/hydraulic engineering experience from a similar industry background (automotive – plant/agricultural/commercial)
• Good health and safety practices
• Working knowledge of computer diagnostics
• Repair of fork trucks (gas/diesel/electric)
• Experience in welding/fabrication
• NVQ Level 3 (Electrical/vehicle maintenance)
