This company is experiencing rapid growth in global critical infrastructure markets and is looking for an ambitious individual to join their team.

Your new role as a Control Panel Workshop Manager will involve overseeing the production and assembly of switchgear and control panels. You will manage day-to-day operations, assign tasks, and ensure workflow efficiency. Working closely with the design team, you will ensure compliance with project specifications and provide leadership to the workshop team, maintaining high safety standards. Your responsibilities will also include the assembly of electrical switchgear and associated electromechanical equipment/systems according to engineering drawings and production timescales, as well as overseeing the testing of switchgear, control panels, and busbar systems, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
