- Develop launch plans, including pricing, distribution, and promotional strategies, to ensure successful market introduction.
- Analyse product performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and product quality metrics, and use data to drive continuous improvements.
- Provide product training and technical support to sales teams and distributor networks.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and product launches using metrics such as ROI.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management and stakeholders to inform decision-making.
- Identify areas for improvement and optimisation in marketing strategies and product offerings.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.Â
- Gather feedback from customers, healthcare professionals, and other end-users to inform NPD and R&D and ensure alignment with their needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the medical device, healthcare, or professional goods industry.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, lead product development processes, and deliver successful product launches.
- Excellent multi-tasker with analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills with experience in delivering presentations & engaging content with key stakeholders.Â
