Are you an experienced Production Machine Setter looking for the next step in your career?

Impact Recruitment are looking for a Production Machine Setter, on our client's behalf, to join their business and to ensure continued growth in a production environment. This is a great opportunity to embark on a new challenge for a global company, in their Corby site.

You will oversee, set and run their Kansan 2 production line. The successful candidate will ensure that this production line is constantly adjusted to requirements, well-maintained, and supporting the production team where needed.

Monday - Friday, Fixed 6-2 or Fixed 2-10.

Salary dependent on experience and shift.

The role:

  • Hands-on setting and running of production line.
  • Leading a team of production line employees, including training and supervising.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure output targets are met.
  • Ensuring safety standards are never compromised by themselves and the team.

You will be responsible for:

  • Setting production equipment to ensure the line is maximising quality and output.
  • Monitoring the quality of goods produced.
  • Keeping records of data, order tracking and material supplies.
  • Ensuring production line employees are fully equipped to work and are following quality control procedures.

What We're Looking For:

  • Extensive experience in setting and monitoring of production equipment and/or lines.
  • Extensive experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Target driven with a positive, can-do problem-solving attitude.
  • A confident team player who can take ownership of their team.
