Collection and Delivery Driver

MEM Northampton is recruiting a Driver to join our team(s) based in Corby, Northamptonshire.

If you love cars and driving and have a sense of adventure, we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to become part of a team and grow our network of drivers. As a Specialist Handover Driver, you will be based from our Corby site and will be collecting and delivering vehicles from the site to customers on a daily basis.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Perform customer-facing vehicle delivery and collections for a multitude of reasons, including collection and return of vehicles under cinch warranty; delivery of customer orders outside of normal process; undertaking VIP deliveries.
• Coordinate team resource to balance and achieve multiple team objectives within the time frames required.
• Interface with customers both verbally and using written communications as required.
• Keep internal stakeholders up to date on progress and objective completion.

To be successful, youll bring some of the following experience with you:

• Driving experience
• Strong interpersonal / customer service skills
• Self-starter / self-motivated
• Excellent knowledge of vehicles
• Advanced driving qualifications beneficial
• +5 years holding a full UK/EU (or equivalent) driving license.
• No more than 3 points on driving licence.

Shift Pattern

• 4 ON 4 OFF 6AM - 6PM

Salary

£25,500 per annum
