Logistics People are currently looking for a Driving Operations Coordinator to join our team.

Location: Corby, Northamptonshire, NN18 8ET 

Working Hours: 5 Out Of 7 Rolling Rota 08:00 - 17:30 Shifts Available

Pay Rate: £30,100 P/a

As a Driving Operations Coordinator your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Managing a fleet of drivers
  • Updating all drivers' working patterns on the rota, including new and current drivers
  • Handling drivers' shifts, sickness, holiday requests, and overtime
  • Coordinating daily with drivers and clients to ensure smooth operations
  • Addressing any issues or complaints from drivers and depots
  • Investigating and reporting incidents between depots and drivers
  • Recording and maintaining all driver records, ensuring legal compliance and addressing driver infringements
  • Managing the CRM system to ensure all data accurate and up to date
