The NurseryThe nursery is dedicated to providing a nurturing, stimulating, and safe environment where children can thrive. Taking pride in offering high-quality early years education and creating a home-from-home atmosphere for children, parents, and staff alike.
The RoleAs a Room Leader, you will:
- Lead and inspire a team of practitioners to deliver outstanding childcare
- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their child's progress
- Support the professional development of your team through mentoring and guidance
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding and nursery policies
- A Level 3 (or above) qualification in Childcare or Early Years
- Experience working in a nursery setting, ideally in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A positive, enthusiastic, and caring approach to childcare
