Support Administrator
12.50ph to 13ph d.o.e, NN17 1QE, 8am till 5pm Monday to Friday, Pension, Training, Parking. Temp to Perm
Due to continued success and expansion plans, our Corby based distribution client who has multiple sites through out the UK, has an exciting opportunity for a Support Administrator to join them. You will provide support to the company Data Analyst, Finance Manager and site MD:
- Receiving orders via email, processing these onto the in-house CRM system
- Managing order specifications including values & costs (including VAT when required)
- Liaising with customers in relation to order requirements
- Prepare, amend/update and distribute pick manifest
- Arrange collections with couriers, ensure all delivery paperwork is correct and present
- Update Excel spreadsheet daily, compile information for daily, weekly reports, analysing data, and correct/investigate any stock discrepancies
- Administration duties related to the role
We would expect the successful Support Administrator to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (V-Look ups/Pivot tables), be an excellent communicator and have a friendly, proactive manner, with the ability to prioritise workloads. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within Stock Administration, Administration or a Logistics Administration role.
You will be joining the Corby branch of a company that has been established for over a decade, and has an enviable reputation in their filed. Working directly with the Data Analyst, this role will offer variety on a daily basis.
