Key Responsibilities:
- Handle phone and face-to-face customer enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Accurately record customer enquiries and maintain up-to-date records.
- Book appointments and manage the booking system with precision.
- Coordinate and monitor product returns, ensuring smooth processing.
- Organise and plan efficient routes for drivers.
What We're Looking For:We are seeking a positive and enthusiastic candidate with previous customer service experience who is ready to bring energy and dedication to the role.
- Automotive knowledge or experience is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a small, close-knit team.
- Proficiency with booking systems and basic administrative tasks.
