Part time Customer Services Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service in a professional and efficient manner
• Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and returns
• Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while interacting with customers
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed service goals

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
