Adecco are currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for a Service Advisor / Service Consultant to join our client based in Corby.
Job title: Service Advisor
Salary: 29,629.60 (with additional bonus to be earned based on performance)
Location: Corby
Hours: Monday - Friday (8am - 6pm) + 1 in 3 Saturdays (8am - 1pm)
Job Type: Permanent
What you will be doing as a Service Advisor:
- Qualify customer requirements via pre-visit call
- Meeting and greeting customers in a friendly and courteous manner throughout the day
- Arranging Onward Travel
- Quoting additional work & gaining authority
- Upsell value added products
- Invoicing
- Ensuring the customer is completely satisfied
