We are supporting our Corby based client with a new hire, we are looking for a confident Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a manufacturing facility in Corby where you will have the opportunity to use your mechanical and electrical skills whilst working in a start or the art premises and equipment.You will be responsible for the maintenance of a wide range of specialist machinery.Key responsibilities for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

  • Proven expertise in mechanical and electrical maintenance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving maintenance environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to maintenance challenges.
  • Working to a planned maintenance schedule and responding to breakdowns.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication

Skills and Qualifications required for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

  • Previous experience in a maintenance role within manufacturing environments
  • Ideally, apprenticeship trained in Electrical
  • A good balance of Mechanical/Electrical fault finding, repairs with an electrical bias preferred
  • Flexible to work on the day shift but from time to time switch a shift for some cover
