We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Representatives to join a large client in Corby, working within their busy Customer Interaction Department. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in customer service with a well-established company.



Job Overview:

  • Training Duration: Approx. 7 weeks (9am - 3pm, Monday - Friday)
  • Post-Training Shifts: Monday to Friday 5:30pm or 6:30pm - 10:30pm
  • 1 in 5 Saturdays, 1 in 6 Sundays, and 2 Bank Holidays per year
  • Part-Time Shifts: Monday to Friday, either 17:30 - 22:30 or 18:30 - 22:30
  • Hybrid Working: Potential available after 12 weeks, depending on business needs


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries via incoming telephone calls
  • Identify and order spare parts/accessories
  • Cross-sell products and services where applicable
  • Provide high-quality customer service and support


Skills & Experience Required:

  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Confident and able to use your initiative
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Highly customer-focused with a passion for helping others
  • Computer literate with the ability to use various systems
