About the Role:
As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for leading a small, dedicated team, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, and delivering outstanding childcare. You'll create a warm, loving, and stimulating environment where children thrive, and parents feel confident their little ones are in safe hands.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience in a managerial role within Early Years settings is essential.
- Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
- Driving Licence: A valid driving licence is required for this role.
- Passion: A caring, loving approach to childcare and a passion for spending time outdoors, supporting the nursery's Forest School ethos.
