Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mortgage Administrator to join our client in Corby. In this role, you will be responsible for processing mortgage cases through to completion, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. You will also be responsible for chasing lenders and keeping customers informed throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process mortgage applications from start to finish.
- Liaise with lenders to ensure timely progression of mortgage cases.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is complete.
- Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their mortgage applications.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in mortgage administration or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using mortgage processing software and Microsoft Office.
