Project Co-ordinatorCorbyHours - Full Time Monday to FridaySalary - Highly competitive plus good benefitsOur Corby based client, a well established, family owned company, have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Co-ordinator to join them on a permanent basis.  Working as part of the Contract Manufacturing Team, and reporting to the Customer Operations Manager, this commercial role will be responsible for overseeing and managing various bespoke and ongoing projects to successful delivery.Examples of projects:
  • New product & customer introduction
  • Product range rationalisation & efficiency standardisation
  • Product margin optimisation
  • Internal systems & processes development
  • Customer service agreements
  • Sales & profit analysis
  • All pricing, from quotation to implementation, will also fall under this person’s responsibility.
As well as effective project management, an excellent level of data analysing, management and preparation is essential. Experience within manufacturing organisations is needed, along with an appreciation and understanding of related processes.Working within a small team at the Corby manufacturing facility, communication and interaction with all other departments and other stakeholders will be required daily; as well as the provision of specific and regular reports – reports which will generate their own actions and projects.About you ...
  • Strong organisation and communication skills.
  • High level of numeracy and analytical skills.
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly Excel.
  • Financial and budget awareness.
  • Experience within manufacturing organisations and related processes.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within multi-departmental teams.
  • Flexibility.
  • Ability and eagerness to learn new skills and experiences.
