Customer Service Administrator

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Administrator to join our Clients dynamic service team. In this role, you will be essential in ensuring that their Service Engineers are prepared for their assignments and that their customers are kept informed throughout the process. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building strong relationships, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Administrator:

  • Update systems to ensure accurate and timely data.
  • Prepare and distribute documentation for Service Engineers.
  • Process completed jobs, raise invoices, and coordinate with accounts for billing.
  • Draft and upload customer service reports.
  • Handle calls and manage customer, supplier, and team queries.
  • Utilize multiple online systems for efficient operations.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Relationships of a Customer Service Administrator:

  • Collaborate with Service Manager, Field Service Engineers, and Accounts.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers.

Qualifications & Skills or a Customer Service Administrator:

  • Experience in an administrative position.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Strong communication skills; written and verbal.
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team.
  • Self-motivated, with good problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
