Due to expansion, our clients are looking for a Self-Employed Estate Planner to join their team in Northamptonshire working on a hybrid basis and service their existing clients.

There would also be the opportunity to be an integral part of the company’s expansion into this sector.

Salary package on offer for the Estate Planner:

  • Commission-only role with OTE of £50,000 - £70,000
  • Attractive Commission Splits

Working Hours:

  • (Hybrid) Flexible working hours

Requirements for the role of Estate Planner:

  • Private Client experience
  • Legal background or member of the Society of Will Writers
  • Ability to use legal software
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal 
  • Driving Licence, with access to your own vehicle
  • Have a keen eye for detail 
  • Able to cultivate strong client relationships and demonstrate a deep understanding of their needs 

Responsibilities for the role of Estate Planner:

  • Attending new and existing clients in the office, their homes, or via video conferencing
  • Advising clients on estate planning solutions
  • Accurately maintain client records and correspondence
  • Manage an incoming caseload and work with those parties involved towards the successful completion of a case
  • Prioritise and manage your own caseload to deliver against targets
