- Pertemps Kettering is seeking an experienced MIG Welder Lead Supervisor for a client based in Corby.
- Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in heavy steel fabrication and commercial welding.
- The role involves leading a team of over 5 welders and acting as a liaison between the Operations Manager and the Shop Floor.
- Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 07:30 to 16:30, and Friday from 07:30 to 14:30, with a total of 1 x 30 minutes unpaid lunch break and 2 x 15 minutes paid breaks.
- The salary ranges from £16.00 to £16.50 per hour, depending on experience, and this is a direct permanent position.
If you have at least 3 years background in heavy steel fabrication, commercial welding.
The role is varied and candidates will be leading a team of 5+ welders and the link between the Operations Manager and the Shop Floor as well always in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to health & safety policies.
The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 07:30 16:30, Friday 07:30 to 14:30.
1 x 30 minutes unpaid lunch break and 2 x 15 minutes paid breaks.
Rate of pay is £16.00 to £16.50 per hour depending on experience. This is a direct permanent position with the company.
