Facilities Coordinator
A leading Data Centre provider in Corsham are looking for an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join their growing team. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our data centre facilities. You will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Facilities Manager by overseeing daily operations and maintenance of data centre facilities.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and repair work.
- Perform routine inspection of contractor works ensuring RAMS are being followed and suppliers are working safely
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the planning and execution of facility upgrades and improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
Qualifications:
- Experience within facilities management, preferably in a data centre environment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using facilities management software and tools.
Must be eligible to work in the UK.
Office based - Corsham site.
Paying up to 30k, depending on experience.
