The successful Applications Engineer / Internal Sales Engineer / Manufacturing Engineerwill be responsible for providing technical support, assisting with product selection, preparing quotations, and ensuring customers receive the best engineering solutions for their pump applications.
The Applications Engineer / Internal Sales Engineer / Manufacturing Engineerwill ideally have experience in engineering applications, technical support, or sales within pumps or rotating equipment, with CAD and ERP/CRM proficiency.
Pump Service Engineers looking to come off the tools into a technical role are encouraged to apply.

- Analyse customer requirements to recommend tailored mechanical pump products & solutions.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting and product recommendations for various pumps to customers and internal teams.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and ensure compliance with industry standards for pump and rotating equipment applications.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to enhance pump products and develop new solutions.
- Support sales teams with technical expertise on mechanical pumps during customer meetings and events.
- Liaise with various engineering departments
- Experience as an Applications Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar within the pump or rotating equipment industry.
- Strong knowledge of fluid handling systems, including centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, fluid power, or similar rotating equipment. Full training provided.
- Proficiency in CAD software or similar engineering design software.
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems such as SAP or Salesforce is desirable.
- Technical mechanical engineering degree, HND, BEng or similar is advantageous
- Pump Service Engineers looking to come off the tools into a technical role are encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and sales support when required.
