Our client is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Purchase Ledger Clerk to support on a temporary basis, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
Responsibilities:
- Process and code purchase invoices accurately
- Reconcile statements and follow up on any discrepancies
- Ensure timely payment of invoices
- Maintain accurate records of vendor accounts
- Support the finance team with month-end processes
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed
What you'll bring to the table:
- Solid experience in purchase ledger or accounts payable.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
